A GENTLE APPROACH TO FUNCTIONAL YOGA
A gentle practice with an emphasis on functional movement beginning with the largest joints first. Increase your life energy with breath exercises, help to maintain your mobility by moving your body in a pure range of motion. Finish up with a short relaxing meditation that is sure to bring your body, spirit, and mind into harmony.
*No previous yoga experience needed.
