A GENTLE APPROACH TO FUNCTIONAL YOGA

A gentle practice with an emphasis on functional movement. Increase your life energy with breath exercises, help to maintain your mobility by moving your body in a pure range of motion. Finish up with a short relaxing meditation that is sure to bring your body, spirit, and mind into harmony.

*No previous yoga experience needed.
