Designed to slow down the yoga poses and movements to a gentle and easy pace and to make yoga accessible to all. This well-balanced class will help to strengthen the parts of the body that aren’t doing their job, gain mobility and fluidity in areas that are tight, and find proper alignment. A focus to go inward, to listen to the body, to release tensions in the body and mind, helps to reach a deep state of relaxation during Savasana at the end of each yoga practice, allowing energy to flow to rejuvenate and heal.
