Chair Yoga is exactly as it sounds:  exercises you can do sitting down.

Whether you sit at desk in your field of work, or chair bound because of mobility issues,  chair yoga is something you can easily do for a couple minutes a day to help you stay active, alert and healthy.

  • Do you have limited mobility?  

  • Is it difficult for you to get down onto a yoga mat?  

  • Do you want to keep and/or improve mobility?

Chair yoga is accessible for everyone, all ages and all levels.


Cost - 6 weeks - $72

When: Tuesdays (April 16th - May 21)

Time: 10 am - 11 am
